Mark, Owner & President
Once you get past the line and into Mark’s office, you realize the dirtier his desk the busier he is. Wednesday is his favorite night to work late, because the cleaning crew comes that evening and will take away all his trash. It’s great watching Mark’s creative wheels spin while he’s working with our clients developing their direct marketing plans. With over 20 years’ experience in the direct marketing industry he’s either very good at what he does or just plain crazy. With Mark’s spouse (Nan) working in the office with him – we finally have someone who can boss him around. Mark loves to travel, wishes it snowed more in Dallas, mixing music, and throwing parties. The whole family can be spotted every Friday out riding the neighborhood in their golf cart.
Nan, Bookkeeper and Customer Relationship Manager
Hi, I’m Nan, otherwise known as “Nanner Bananer” 
! I am a professional non-paid employee! I handle – accounting, customer service, management, human resources and post office conflicts. I run every errand for the office and I cook a gourmet meal once a month for all the employees. I love my job!
Jay, General Manager
If you know Jay, you’ll know that he sees Tigers as majestic beauties and likes to spend time with them at a local refuge. He also enjoys time with his family and 3 dogs. His 22 years of managing commercial print and operations shows as he promotes high levels of professional excellence in all we do. He has been developing and driving sophisticated targeted marketing programs with an emphasis on dynamic digital work flows for 12 years now. This has helped clients from fortune 500 companies to local boutiques achieve the desired results from various marketing solutions. No matter how daunting the task may be, he helps us find ways to make things happen. Jay sees everything as an opportunity.
Karon, Marketing Director
Karon is one of our newest imports – literally. English and proud, you will frequently find her in the break room making a hot ‘cuppa’ and making us all laugh with quaint words like ‘rubbish’ (garbage),’ biscuits’ (cookies) and ‘washing up liquid’ (dishwashing detergent). Affectionately known as ‘The Brit’ she refers to herself as stereotypically eccentric. (oh, I forgot, she uses a lot of big words – must be something in the water over there) We just humor her. She has been here for twelve years for goodness sakes – you’d have thought someone would have taught her how to speak English by now! And as for eccentric – she’s just plain nuts! LOL
Craig, Account Manager
An education in packaging and printing from Rochester Institute of Technology, Craig has been working on wild projects with designers and agencies from around the country for 20 years. When he is off the clock, he enjoys playing pool and losing games of basketball with his two sons. He didn’t know he could spell H-O-R-S-E so quickly!
Garry, Account Manager
You’ll always find Garry singing a tune you’ve never heard. His background in printing has helped him bring success to Dimaco’s
Misha, Account Manager
Born and raised in North Carolina, Misha is our “Ole Miss Rebel”. A former debutante, this savvy “Hotty Toddy” oozes southern charm and uses that unmistakable drawl and business development flair to win over new customers. More than a little quirky, she loves to tell tales of her love affair with tractors and how she usually sleep with her eyes open – probably so she doesn’t miss a business opportunity!
Jason, Pre-Press/CREATIVE
Jason is a native of St. Louis Missouri and has a fine art background from the University of Missouri. This fine art background has been a major influence in his design philosophy. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son, watching movies, surfing the web or relaxing by the pool.
Ann, Customer Service Representative
Ann is our resident tree-hugging, fancy-shoe-wearing, trend-setting, rule-breaking, whatever-else-needs-doing CSR. She’s walked in lots of shoes here at Dimaco as well, and her self-imposed workaholism means she’s always available to answer your questions.
Ken, Customer Service Representative
Ken’s love of music and printing will be made apparent in your first conversation. His knowledge of the printing industry will amaze you. When he’s not writing up job tickets he enjoys playing music and spending time with his family and dogs.
Marta, Account Management Specialist
Marta is not just an excellent account manager, she is our IT Dept and manages the digital printing department as well. She is also our ‘go to’ girl because she can help with pretty much anything … and frequently does. She’s the office darling and living proof that the best things really do come in small packages! Marta is a firm believer in doing what you love and she loves all aspects of the printing and reproduction industry. This career is just an extension of one of her life passions; art! She lives to the beat of her drum with her loving husband and furry feline children, embracing this quote as her life mantra….
