Meet the Staff at Dimaco

Mark, Owner & President

Once you get past the line and into Mark’s office you realize the dirtier his desk the busier he is. Wednesday is his favorite night to work late, because the cleaning crew comes that evening and will take away all his trash. It is great watching Mark’s creative wheels spin while working with our clients developing direct marketing plans. With over 20 years experience in the direct marketing industry he is either very good at what he does or just plain crazy. With Mark’s spouse (Nan) working in the office with him – we finally have someone who can boss him around. Mark loves to travel, wishes it snowed more in Dallas, mixing music, and throwing parties. The whole family can be spotted every Friday out riding the neighborhood in their golf cart.

Nan, Bookkeeper and Customer Relationship Manager

Hi, I'm Nan, otherwise known as "Nanner Bananer" :)! I am a Professional Non-Paid employee!
I handle - Accounting, Customer Service, Management, Human Resources, Post Office conflicts, I run every errand for the office and I cook a Gourmet meal once a month for all the employees. I Love My JOB! :)

Craig, Account Manager

An education in packaging and printing from Rochester Institute of Technology, Craig has been working on wild projects with designers and agencies from around the country for 20 years. When he is off the clock, he enjoys playing pool and losing games of basketball with his two sons. He didn't know he could spell H-O-R-S-E so quickly!

Garry, Account Manager

You'll always find Garry singing a tune you've never heard. His background in printing has helped him bring success to Dimaco's line-up of successful staff. Need an answer? Garry's got 'em.

Jason, Account Manager/CREATIVE

Jason is a native of St. Louis Missouri and has a fine art background from the University of Missouri. This fine art background has been a major influence in his design philosophy. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching movies, surfing the web or relaxing by the pool.

Allie, Account Manager

You can't be sad around 15-year industry veteran Allie; she's all smiles, silly ringtones, and The Force (did we mention she's a self-admitted Star Wars fan?). In addition to her enormous shoe collection (collect all 101 pairs!), she tends to her 2 cats, Tigger and Bear.

Ann, Account Manager

Ann is our resident tree-hugging, fancy-shoe-wearing, trend-setting, rule-breaking, whatever-else-needs-doing account manager. She's walked in lots of shoes here at Dimaco as well, and her self-imposed workaholism means she's always available to answer your questions.

Nissa, Customer Service Representative

Nissa gets it done. Ask her for a quote, a follow-up call, a car wash--anything. She's all about helping. Her always-positive attitude helps make your interaction with Dimaco even better.

Ken, Customer Service Representative

Ken's love of music and printing will be made apparent in your first conversation. His knowledge of the printing industry will amaze you. When he's not writing up job tickets he enjoys playing music and spending time with his family and dogs.

Brittany, Receptionist

Brittany is such a breath of fresh air. If you have had the pleasure of hearing her voice, you may see yourself ordering more from Dimaco. With her witty sense of humor she is an essential piece of the Dimaco puzzle.

Loretta, Accountant

Loretta, proud mother of 5, handles the nitty-gritty paperwork that keeps our vendors, employees, and customers happy. She's got one of the best "go get 'em" attitudes around, which is what makes her such a great part of our team.

Robert, Production Manager

You can always find Robert hard at work early in the morning, late at night and on weekends. His big heart is a rarity in production management. Robert makes great sacrifices in his genuine desire to meet your needs. This is the best man in town to be watching over your job.

Jon, Estimating Guru

Jon's wizardry with spreadsheets and extensive knowledge of virtually every process makes him the natural choice for finding solutions to crazy projects.... after he first tells you it can't be done. Jon enjoys swing dancing with his wife Margo and collecting pictures of his daughter Skye.

DJ, Data Processing

Number crunching? Deduping? Sorting and making sense of the data? No problem. DJ offers his experience with the hardware and software of performing magic on your mailing list, which helps us get your campaigns to the market as soon as possible.

Joseph, Digital Printing

Joseph is a no-nonse kind of guy. You give him a deadline and he meets it, period. Joseph has an array of skills at his disposal; digital color correction skills, variable data skills, moose calling skills. (Just Kidding!) Oh yeah, he also enjoys spending his free time with family and friends!

Armando, PrePress

Positive in his middle name. Armando works with precision, accuracy, and speed to get your art ready to print. He is always willing to lend a hand or get dirty to get the job done.

Patrick, Mailshop Manager

Nothing gets by Patrick. His passion for detail will make sure the job goes out right the first time. He is enthusiastic, upbeat, and ready to knock out whatever task is at hand.
